Saraswathi Vidhya Mandir Malayalam Language Programs for Kids.
Saraswathi Vidya Mandir (SVM) is a voluntary organization dedicated to the promotion of arts, culture and language originating from the state of Kerala.

The objective of the program is to enable a student to read, write and converse in Malayalam. The Kerala standard for Malayalam education forms the model for this program. This program is dedicated to imparting knowledge of language and through language, culture and through culture, character.
Guidelines
- The course is taught by volunteer teachers. Students and parent are requested to abide by their rules on the functioning of the classes.
- Classes are from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on 2nd Saturday and 4th Sunday of every month. There are exemptions during long weekends and holiday breaks. Schedule for the classes will be set 6 months in advance.
- Classes start with Saraswathi prayer and end with Indian National Anthem.
- Attendance is mandatory.
- There will be homework and assessment tests.
- Classes are currently conducted at homes of participating students on a rotation basis. This will be subject to change depending on the student population.
